“The Operation Child Care Project team helped me navigate the application process for Child Care Aware by looping me on who to CC in my emails, what to say, important details to include in follow-up emails, and appropriate amounts of time to wait for responses or when to follow up, asking for an updated application status. "If it were not for the Operation Child Care Project team, my family would probably still be in the MCCYN program que.
