Air Force family with 3 children and an upcoming PCS. All 3 children were on the CDC waitlist with care not available when needed. Concurrently, the family was actively looking for new housing, new employment and a child care center for their children. Through our case management, a center search was completed, the family was able to get MCCYN enabled, and was guided through the MCCYN process along with OCCP’s accountability process to expedite and get approval of the center that best fit their family's needs.
