Kayla Corbitt
Founder & CEO

Kayla Corbitt is an award-winning advocate, trusted authority, consultant, and subject matter expert in the arena of military child care. She is an active-duty military spouse whose husband serves in the United States Army.  Kayla’s passionate initiative and dynamic business expertise combine to bring groundbreaking resources to military families in need of child care assistance through data-driven decision-making and authentic storytelling. She holds a master’s degree in forensic psychology from Marymount University and has a background in crisis counseling, victim advocacy, and contract administration. Kayla lives near San Antonio, Texas, with her husband and two children.

Katherine Torres-Pummill
Board President

Katherine Torres-Pummill (Kathy) is a seasoned professional with a distinguished background in strategically establishing and sustaining global market presence for leading brands across key digital platforms. Kathy is an Air Force veteran spouse whose husband served in the Air Force and Air National Guard for 11 years. Kathy is passionate about supporting the impact of The Operation Childcare Project (OCCP) which is crucial in creating meaningful change for military spouses facing the challenges of balancing family, education, and career aspirations. Kathy holds a Master of Science in Media Management. Outside of her professional world, Kathy embraces the sunshine and laid-back vibes of SoCal living with her husband, 11-year-old son, and their dog. Sara Feges
Board Treasurer

Military spouse Sara Feges is a skilled tax and accounting specialist with specialized experience in the nonprofit finance sector. She has a heart for nonprofits and lends both her professional skillset and her personal military experience to the mission of OCCP. Sara is originally from Slovenia, a small Central European country. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has worked in sales operations and event management. Stationed in the San Antonio area with her active-duty Air Force husband, Sara has two young boys, a dog, and enjoys spending time with her family, savoring walks in nature, and reading. Elizabeth VanEeuwen
Board Secretary

Elizabeth VanEeuwen (Lizzie) is an expert professional with a passion to make a meaningful impact and contribute to a positive change. In her work with The Operation Child Care Project (OCCP), Lizzie is dedicated to bridging the child care gap for military families, ensuring they have access to the best possible care. As a civilian, Lizzie reaches across the invisible traditional barriers of military vs. non-military to powerfully support those who serve and their families through her selfless advocacy. She is instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of OCCP. Lizzie is a proud mother of two children and resides in the San Antonio, Texas area. Read about her story here.

Maria Quinn
Board Member, Military Family Experience

Maria has served on active duty for over 15 years, first in the United States Air Force (USAF) and now as an officer in the United States Space Force (USSF). Her husband, John, also serves on active duty in the USSF. While Maria continues to serve, this pioneering entrepreneur and mentor founded her company in 2022, Design Your Family Life (designyourfamilylife.com), to assist military families with specialized child care education and support. Maria and her husband love raising their five sons and one daughter wherever their military service takes them. Between homeschooling, basketball, baseball, and piano, the Quinns love to visit family, and Maria and John even sneak out for a dinner date as often as possible. Read about her story here.

Meredith Dost
Board Member, Data Security & Project Management

Meredith Dost is a highly experienced information systems and data security professional and project manager. She has helped craft and maintain secure, compliant IT environments for clients in highly regulated sectors requiring robust data protection and advanced security strategies. Meredith has worked in support of military members and government organizations throughout her career. She is a mother to two awesome boys and lives in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys audiobooks, early workouts at Orange Theory Fitness, and catching movies with her family. Read about her story here.

Dana Levin-Robinson
Board Member, Technology & Data

Dana Levin-Robinson is the CEO and Founder of Upfront (allupfront.com), a software company dedicated to making early care and education (ECE) and child care data accessible. Dana partners with government organizations, including resource, referral, and child care support organizations, to help them understand where the gaps are in their community. Dana earned her MBA with an emphasis in strategy and analytics from the NYU Stern School of Business and also has a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on marketing, law, and advertising. She has held leadership roles spanning marketing, business development, and operations for companies in the health technology industry. Dana lives in New York City with her husband and two children. In her time outside of running a successful company and helping make the world a better place, she loves to cook and enjoys baking with her kids. Read about her story here.

Board Member, Advocacy & Veteran Experience

Tiffany Orner is a third-generation military professional, proud second-generation United States Air Force veteran, military spouse, entrepreneur, and military advocate. Tiffany is a passionate supporter of numerous military and veteran organizations and leans into her own life experience to help military service members, veterans, and their families receive the support they need to thrive. Tiffany is the CEO and Founder of IGY6 Company and also serves in the roleof Military Engagement Manager for Forever Warriors (forever-warriors.org). She is a mother to three children and lives in Fort Walton Beach, Florida with her husband who is an active USAF Reservist. Read about her story here.
